Custom Framing Terms and Conditions

• The custom framing service is for customers engaging Superstars Framing & Memorabilia to frame their personal/corporate items. Each piece is uniquely made based upon the information provided by the customer.

• Superstars Framing & Memorabilia relies on the customers’ information to complete a custom framing project. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the framed piece meets the customers’ criteria and expectations, Superstars Framing & Memorabilia makes no warranties or representations as to the suitability of the end product.

• Superstars Framing & Memorabilia reserve the right to update quotation/s if upon assessing the item in person and/or commencing the project more resources are required to achieve the end product. The customer acknowledges and agrees that any required changes may incur additional charges and time delay for which Superstars Framing & Memorabilia takes no responsibility or liability.

• Superstars Framing & Memorabilia can provide a ballpark/indicative quote over the phone or by email based on your personal measurements and description of the item, however this quote is not confirmed and is subject to us assessing the piece, it’s ability to be framed and it’s measurements in store. After we have measured and assessed the item in store, we can provide a formal quote.

• Complex projects may require time to provide a quote. If this is the case, we will advise you at the time of request.

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of quoting your project. After 30 days, we will need to re-quote the project.

• Superstars Framing & Memorabilia will provide and attach quality string line / stand features but does not offer or recommend any hanging/display solutions, hanging solutions are at the discretion of the customer. Superstars Framing & Memorabilia will not be held liable for any damage as a result of hanging/displaying the piece incorrectly or the use of inappropriate hanging/displaying fixtures.

• The customer is required to make their own arrangements in relation to postage, delivery and handling of their custom framing. Superstars Framing & Memorabilia is not responsible or liable for postage, delivery and handling of custom framing projects and memorabilia.

• If delivery is required, please contact please contact info@superstarsonline.com.au to discuss available options for the item/s you have chosen. Delivery charges may apply.

• Superstars Framing & Memorabilia will do it’s best to contact the customer to advise the piece is ready for collection. We rely on the contact information provided by the customer at the point of quote/sale.

• The customer is required to collect their piece/s within thirty (30) days of being advised of its completion. Superstars Framing & Memorabilia take no responsibility for the loss and/or damage of the piece after this time.

• The engagement and services provided by Superstars Framing & Memorabilia is governed by the laws of Western Australia.

• Superstars Framing & Memorabilia is not responsible or liable for any injury, death or illness suffered by the customer or third party in the use or misuse of the products or services.

• Superstars Framing & Memorabilia shall not be liable to the customer for any indirect or consequential loss or damage in connection with the services and products it provides.

Memorabilia Terms and Conditions

The above terms and conditions relating to the custom framing service are also applicable to memorabilia purchases, in addition to the terms and conditions listed below:

• Superstars Framing & Memorabilia aims to use quality memorabilia. All signatures are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. All limited editions are accompanied by a Certificate of Limitation.

• Superstars Framing & Memorabilia suggests customers collect their memorabilia purchases in person to ensure the product is safe from delays and/or damage that may occur through the actions or omissions of third parties during the shipping, handling and delivery process.

• If delivery is required, please contact info@superstarsonline.com.au to discuss available options for the item/s you have chosen. Delivery charges may apply.

• The items selected cannot be changed unless the customer notifies Superstars Framing & Memorabilia immediately and Superstars Framing & Memorabilia provides its express agreement of the acceptance of such change.

• The customer acknowledges and agrees that any allowed change in the order may incur additional charges and time delay for which Superstars Framing & Memorabilia takes no responsibility or liability.

• Superstars Framing & Memorabilia will commence the framing, packing and presentation of your memorabilia order no later than 1 business day after the customer has selected and fully paid for the product.

• The customer acknowledges and agrees to pay any additional postage, handling and delivery cost in addition to any previous payment made should there be additional cost incurred.

• Superstars Framing & Memorabilia uses its best efforts to recommend and detail product recommendations however is not responsible or liable if the resulting product actually differs or has changes since the time of recommendation.

• Lay-by options are available for in store purchases of selected memorabilia. Please contact info@superstarsonline.com.au to discuss.

Returns & Refunds

• If Superstars Framing & Memorabilia cannot fulfil an order, the customer will be advised, alternative options discussed, and a full refund issued if a solution is not found.

• While Superstars Framing & Memorabilia take great care to ensure the highest quality product available, they will not be held liable for the discolouration of photos or the fading of signatures on the item of memorabilia or custom framing.

• Refunds will not be given if you have received what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.

• You can ask a business for your preference of a free repair, replacement or refund, but you are not always entitled to one.

• If you have a minor problem with a product or service, the business can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund.

• When you have a major problem with a product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund.

  • Items purchased using a gift voucher will be refunded by voucher only.

• All repair, replacement or warranty claims will be individually assessed at the discretion of Superstars Framing & Memorabilia. Proof of purchase must be provided (this can be in the form of receipt, tax invoice or bank statement).

• To the maximum extent permitted by law including the provisions set out in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, Superstars Framing & Memorabilia’s total liability to the customer arising out of or in connection with the provision of the services for which it is engaged, whether under the law of tort, in equity, under statute or otherwise, shall be limited to the aggregate cost of rectifying the services provided pursuant to the engagement.

Fundraising Terms and Conditions

• Credit card and Drivers License details are kept for security until items are paid for in full or returned.

• All items are provided by Superstars Framing & Memorabilia in good faith with the understanding that they will be kept and cared for accordingly. Superstars Framing & Memorabilia prides itself on hand crafting each item and we ask that you take care of them, whilst they are in your care.


• The fundraiser/organisation takes full responsibility for all the items once they leave Superstars Framing & Memorabilia.

• If any items are damaged, Superstars Framing & Memorabilia will assess and repair the item. The fundraiser/organisation will be charged for these repairs.


• In the event the item cannot be repaired, the fundraiser/organisation will be charged to the items FULL RETAIL PRICE (RRP).

• Superstars Framing & Memorabilia have professionally wrapped and packaged each item for their safety. This ensures the item is in its best condition for its owner, and also gives Superstars Framing & Memorabilia the opportunity to sell it again, if it does not sell at your event.


• Please ensure all items remain in their packaging for the duration of their time with you, including transit to and from your event and the event itself.


• Please ensure all items are kept in a cool temperature, as they are fragile and can be damaged if exposed to heat (for example being left in the car, or on displays in warm rooms or outdoors).


• Please ensure if you need to stack the items, each item should either be facing each other (glass to glass) or placed back to back. The back of a frame should never be stacked on top of another frames glass.


• Superstars Framing & Memorabilia aims to use quality memorabilia. All signatures are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. All limited editions are accompanied by a Certificate of Limitation.


• Superstars Framing & Memorabilia will provide a reserve price for each item. The reserve price represents the amount you will pay Superstars Framing & Memorabilia in the event you sell the item at your fundraiser. This is agreed upon by you the fundraiser/organisation representative.


• Anything raised above the reserve price is kept by the fundraiser/organisation


• Unsold items must be returned to Superstars Framing & Memorabilia (Unit 6, 85 Broun Avenue, Morley, Western Australia) within two (2) business days of the event, together with payment in full for all items sold.

Lay-by Terms and Conditions

A lay-by is a written agreement that binds both you (the customer) and Superstars Framing & Memorabilia. It means Superstars Framing & Memorabilia cannot sell the item to anyone else during the agreed payment period, because you have entered into an agreement to purchase the product.

When placing an item on lay-by the following conditions apply:

• Only selected, in store purchases made in person at Unit 6, 85 Broun Avenue, Morley Western Australia are eligible for lay-by.

• Lay-bys are not available for online purchases

• A deposit of 30% (minimum) is required at the time of starting the lay-by agreement.

• The lay-by period must be no longer than 12 weeks

• The lay-by is to be collected by the due date as agreed

• The lay-by can be collected immediately upon the final payment being received.

• Individual items may not be added, removed or separated from a lay-by.

• Photo ID must be produced if the customer wants to request a replacement lay-by document, cancel a lay-by, or finalise and collect a lay-by where no document can be produced.

• Information collected from this transaction will be used for the purpose of processing your lay-by and may be added to our mailing list.

Lay-bys not collected/ paid by the due date:

• A termination fee (20% of the full sale price) will be charged

• The product will be returned to stock

• Customer is entitled to a refund of the sum paid to date, minus the termination fee. If the item was paid using a gift voucher, it will be refunded as a voucher (less the termination fee).

• Customers will need to return in store with their original lay-by receipt in order to cancel and refund their lay-by.

• Customers must sign the lay-by receipt to acknowledge these terms and conditions.

• All prices on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

• Any currency conversion is the responsibility of the overseas customer and their financial institution and/or credit card provider. As such when your credit card (or any other payment process) is used, the currency conversion will actually be completed by your credit card company and not by Superstars Framing & Memorabilia. As such the final price is charged by your bank and/or credit card institution.
