Do you buy memorabilia from the general public?

Unfortunately we can’t purchase your memorabilia.

Can you evaluate my memorabilia? How much is it worth? Is the signature real?

Sorry, we do not offer an evaluation service so we can’t provide any information on how much the piece could be valued at or if it is authentic.

Can I get a quote via email or phone for custom framing?

We are happy to provide a ballpark quote over the phone or email based on your personal measurements and description of the item, however please note the quote is subject to us assessing the piece, it’s ability to be framed and it’s measurements in store. Only after we have measured and assessed the item in store, can we provide a formal quote.

More complex projects may require time to provide a quote so we can investigate custom solutions to suit your project. If this is the case, we will advise you at the time of request.

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of quoting your project. After 30 days, we will need to re-quote the project.

I'd like to purchase memorabilia from your website, can you ship it to me?

All of our memorabilia is made and available from our showroom in Malaga, Perth, Western Australia.

We find shipping is very expensive to account for the size and fragile nature of our items.

If it is something you need, please email us prior to making your purchase and we can source a shipping quote for you.

How long does framing take?

We handcraft each frame based on your requirements –  from ordering what is needed for your project, to cutting lengths of wood and creating any required design features – all done by hand here on site. This ability to create bespoke and innovative framing solutions for you means that this is not an on the spot service.

Please account for this by getting organised early, allowing for extra time and having a flexible approach when planning your next framing project.

We will discuss what time is needed to complete your project at the time of quoting the project.

 

 

What happens if I don't pick up my items?

Whether you intended to get something framed or you have had something framed and then life happened…

We understand that even the best plans get hijacked sometimes and maybe you no longer need to have your items framed OR you can’t get in to collect your completed custom frame.

Completed framing projects

Please advise us of any delays you are experiencing in collecting your item. We will need full payment within two (2) weeks of us advising that your frame is complete – this can be made in person, over the phone or as a bank transfer.

If you haven’t collected your completed frame within 30 days of being advised that it’s ready, please note we are not responsible for any resulting damage or loss that may occur whilst stored on our property.

Unframed projects

If you have dropped off items with the intention of progressing to a framing project please advise within two (2) weeks if you can no longer proceed with the framing project and arrange to collect your items promptly.

If you haven’t collected your items within 30 days of dropping them off or advising that you can no longer proceed please note we are not responsible for any resulting damage or loss that may occur whilst stored on our property.

 

 

 

Help! I can't find what I am looking for...

Here at Superstars Framing & Memorabilia we update our online store regularly, but we are only a small, family business and we much prefer handcrafting your frames! So often, we may have items in our showroom that are not online…yet!

Alternatively, you may be looking for something specific that we may not have available…yet!

Either way, please let us know what you are after and we can explore what options are available for you. We will always do our best to find a solution, but of course this can’t be guaranteed.

What's the deal with Covid 19 and your showroom?

We are open and keeping our showroom safe by following strict cleaning processes.

We would love your support to keep our showroom safe, please…

  • Stay home if you are feeling unwell. Take care of yourself and contact us, we will do our best to assist you via telephone or email.
  • If it is possible that you are a contact of a positive covid case and/or have visited a published exposure site please do not attend until you have delivered a negative test and/or adhered to the required health advice.
  • Use the provided hand sanitiser as you enter the showroom
  • Refrain from touching the memorabilia, matboard and frame samples. Let us do the heavy lifting for you, please don’t hesitate to ask.

We appreciate your help in keeping our showroom a welcome escape from the ‘real’ world.

 

Do you offer a lay-by service?

We get it – you really want something but sometimes you need a bit of extra time for payment. We offer  lay-by on selected memorabilia pieces in store only. For more information check out our Layby Terms and Conditions.

Do you provide refunds?

It is important that you choose your items carefully as we do NOT provide refunds if you have received what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.

All repair, replacement or warranty claims will be individually assessed at the discretion of Superstars Framing & Memorabilia.
